Is it actually free, or is there a catch?
Actually free. We rebuild your homepage and send it to you. If you like it you pay £24.99 a month to publish it; if you don’t, you owe us nothing and we don’t chase you. We do it because it converts better than a cold call, and we’d rather show you than tell you.
What do you need from me?
Your website address, a name, an email and a phone number — that’s the form at the top. Everything else we take from your existing site. If we can’t work something out we’ll ring you rather than guess.
How long does it take?
We work through them in the order they arrive and email you the moment yours is ready. If we need anything from you before we can start, we’ll ring the number you gave us that day rather than leave you waiting.
Does my current site change while you do this?
No. Nothing we do touches your live website. The redesign goes on a separate preview address that only you have, and your existing site carries on exactly as it is unless you decide to switch.
What if I don’t like it?
Then nothing happens. There’s no invoice and no obligation. Tell us what missed and we’ll usually have another go — and if it’s still not for you, keep the notes on what’s wrong with the old one and give them to whoever does build it.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I move?
Not if it’s done properly. Your domain stays yours, your page addresses are kept or redirected, and your titles and descriptions come across with the content. We do the same check on any migration from Wix, Squarespace or WordPress.
Who owns the redesign?
You do, the moment you publish it — and your domain stays in your name throughout, whatever you decide. If you ever leave, the domain leaves with you.
